Continuation...
February 19Slytherin's Photoshoot
Facts:- I didn't prepared for this day at all. Or at least, I did. I bothered to go to my cousin's house to borrow some clothes without any idea of what I'll be in my creative shot. Pft. That's when I realized I was a 'fashion disaster'. (Gross!)
- My hair was curled by Jess Perez & had my make-up done by Joseph Larrarte. (I'm sorry I haven't fulfilled my treat for you two.)
- I have no signature look. (How sad!)
- I felt BEAUTIFUL after that make-over. LOL!
- My poses were....undescribable! It was the first time I did that, somehow, it felt good.
- Slytherin rocked the pictorial! All were gorgeous and dashing!
- We were the only ones to have an extended 'kodakan'. I loved my very outgoing 4D friends!
- Our class was irregular that day. WOOHOO!
- I loved how I looked so I retained it 'til classes were over. Yea!

Some of the most special moments in my life happened in this wonderful month! Mark those dates!:)
February 2010
February 4Happy Birthday Rizza Marie A. An!
February 7Happy Birthday Father Aldrin A. Alcantara!
February 12Happy Birthday Brene Joseph N. Luz & John Oliver Banas! (bought cakes for them!)
February 13Junior & Senior Promenade 2010
Facts: - Regent Hotel, 5:30 p.m. Juniors & Seniors. Theme? Not that I knew it.
- The occasion's dress code was a hot issue that time. Of course, I cared to bother 'cause it's one special night to ignore. Luckily, all went well. Everybody came with decent clothes. All tried to wear their best, and it worked 'cause everyone looked fabulous! By all means, one went controversial as she had the guts to repeat a certain outfit. Oh well, forget it.
- Ms. Alma Mater 2010 - the title I wore that night! It was, I think, 2 weeks before prom when they told me and I was totally SHOCKED, to the point that I questioned the teacher's criteria. (Joke!) But really, because of some issues that time, I never expected it. I'm just thankful & happy, and that time, I really anticipated that this would be the best prom I'll ever have, and I'll make it possible. HARD.
- Preparing my speech that night was difficult. Just hearing the name, 'Batch Will and Testament' felt like a heavy responsibility on my part. I'm just glad I delivered it well on behalf of all my batchmates. Yey! (Btw, what's the purpose of letting the seniors stand while I speak? Weird!)
- My generous mom spent a fortune for my two dresses. And FYI, they were customized & bought. Imagine! Well, I just talked through her telling her that this would be the last time plus I was one of the special people that night so I really have to look gorgeous! LOL.
- They loved my eyes, and it looks like I did too! Ashley commented once on her blog of how she admired it, and several others as well. I just blushed and it somehow had an effect to my head. I never imagined that they would be that surprised with what I looked like that night. Cheers! (Thanks to Kuya William & Nico for my hair & make-up! They're the best! Their 30-minute hard work paid off.)
- It's the first time for me to join the Cotillion Dance and I was nervous. First time. Dancing. People. Stage. Last to be called. Waaahh! I'm glad I pulled it off.
- I would like to thank my handsome partners that night. Jay Bongalonta (Escort), Brene Joseph Luz (1st dance partner), Amiko Bonacua (last dance partner). Thanks for taking care of me.
- The prom turned into tons of pictorial sessions. Right after dinner, almost all brought their cameras & all I could see were flashes of light coming from just about anywhere (though I felt guilty about that.:]]). I think it lasted for about an hour. Great that some thought of leading others to the dance floor. Partteeyy!
- I loved seeing my friends so dressed up & proper for the night. No doubt! Naguenians not only have the brains, but the beauty as well! Moreover, no one could ever deny how dashing our mentors were. "May pinagmanahan."
- I forgot something that night. I hope he understands. It's not easy being a girl. HAHA;))
- Guilt. Chocoholics, soo sorry:(. I lost track of time. Too bad we haven't got a photo. Pft! I hate myself!
- I got pissed off for quite a moment. I know that it's not her fault and she isn't used to that kinds of things. Like what Micah always say, 'I didn't hated her. I hated the situation.'
- I loved the jelly roll on the menu! I had two! The foods were YUMMY! But I haven't eaten much. My dress could blow up. *laughs*
- Cute souvenirs! A dog tag & a red, heart-shaped fuzzy wire.
- Wardrobe emergency! It served as a lesson for me to try first my clothes before wearing them on a particular occasion to prevent wardrobe malfunctions. My dress NEARLY revealed something that shouldn't be seen while I was dancing. Good heavens! And then the story of the safety pin begins.
- I was the LAST one to be fetched by my 'sundo'. I was already waiting for almost an hour just to know that the driver was waiting too! HAHA. Sighs. Thanks to the HCB who waited with me, and for not leaving me there, alone, so early in the morning.
- Next thing I knew, it was already Valentine's Day. Happy Hearts!
- Because of the enormous fun I had, it's already late when I gave my hurting feet some attention. Curse those heels! (Speaking of heels, I also bought two of them to match the dress but I just wore one. I'll save the other.)
- My cousin came along with me. When we arrived, everyone was asleep. Croo. Croo. Thanks Yves!
- The night was fantastic! But when everyone woke up the next morning, only memories remained, and the rest was history.
-end of part 1-
January is the door to the year

I know it's too late. Apologies;)
What did you actually miss?
January 2010:
January 1Ow yeah! Happy 2010 to all of us! I remembered the best new year celebration I had so far in our humble home with my cousins, titas, and titos. It's actually the first time I went out of the house to see the fireworks display (I didn't think there was any outside! How great was that?!) And our menu for the first of 2010 was superb: baked macaroni, carbonara (my all-time favorite pasta), chicken, and some classy wines. I remembered getting drunk that morning! Hahaha.I totally lost control of myself out there!
The night was almost perfect. It's another year for me to make a lot of special memories that's why I thanked the Lord for it! I'm really blessed despite my 'KAMALDITAHAN' in the past year (sounds like a nice resolution!).
Nevertheless, there's still one thing: I really missed papa that time. I just wished he also had a blast up there like we all did down here.
Well, Happy Year of the Metal Tiger!(RAWR!)
January 21Happy 37th Monthsary CHOCOHOLICS!
January 22-24That's when the 'Naguenian Institutional Camp' happened. I've patterned this post from my good friend's blog, Krizzia, who's the head woman behind that awesome experience. There's pretty much about it - like:
- Campernians - or otherwise known as the Naguenian Institutional Camp (NIC) participants.
- Mavens - the NIC facilitators (where i belonged)
- I dreamt of being a host someday but after humiliating myself infront of those Naguenians, nevermind. I can't handle people without the ENERGY! Hephep Hurray(?)
- Ball of Fire - MAGICAL! It's my first time to witness something like that, and I was definitely INSPIRED seeing those flickering pink & lavender flames execute combustion stage.
- Camp Freebies! It's not actually free. But it's totally worth it 'cause they're made dramatically symbolical like the teams' shimmering flags, scarfs, and the Maven shirts.
- Go Team! - Gray Automatons, Blue Capricorns, Black Cerberus, Green Kobolds, Yellow Raijus, Red Salamanders, Purple Sylphs, White Yetis - that's what they're called. And of course, the Maroon Mavens. Want to google the names?
- Exhaustion - It's the one thing that the Mavens, even the campernians, all received at the end of each day so sleep is very much demanded. It was on the second night when all the participants were still awake, while the Mavens were already comfortably tucked asleep. Talk about 'abuse of authority'.
- The Red Firetruck - The Mavens were already given their dose of the firetruck experience so now, it's the campernians' turn. They were able to ride the truck's electronic ladder, up and down, to save lives. Cool eh?! And what's cooler than a refreshing SPLASH after the haggard rescue operation?!By the way, the water's great!
- Mag-exercise Tayo Tuwing Umaga - 'Til now, I still can't get over their faces! Eyes still closed, hair's all messed up, pajamas on, then rushing to a spot in a count of ten seconds.Experience ate Mar's fierce face you'll see right after you wake up. It caused them adrenalin rush to do push-ups even if they know they can't! And they can't have breakfast without surpassing those obstacles! So it's like do or starve to death! Heads up to you Ate Mars!
- Seduce Me! - The phrase I tell to the fortunate people inside the 'isolation room' 'caused by bad luck in the game of 'save the school'. I tried my best to resist the laughs so that I'll sound fierce enough for them to follow my discrete orders. So far so good, but sad to say, if there was only a seduction contests, no one's gonna win. HAHA:))
- Stinky - Most of the Mavens failed to attend to their personal hygienic routine like taking a bath and it was all a sacrifice to prepare for the big finale for the camp! It felt sticky and stinky! Eeww! i never wanna feel that way again! But all's okay 'cause it's worth it. Those nice feedbacks were good but the refreshing bath we had late in the afternoon was a lot BETTER!
- EMO - just too lift up the camping spirit of the campers, we had to think of something, and unluckily, he had to do it the hard teary way. Even the mavens didn't expect it! It was all a shock for everyone. Krizzia just had her acting debut out there! Clap! Clap!
- Fright Night - it sounded boring for me but it was heart pounding for them. I nearly snored while the campers screamed and ran for their lives to save Hannah and Demi's life out in the dark. Whooo! Creepy!
- Market, Market - fish, meat, vegetables, and other spices were sold to satisfy the campers' hunger. They had to cook it themselves which turned out not so great but was surely eventful on their part. It was a great jam session with their team. Though there was an unexpected hoarding situation of rice, problems were soon resolved and all just enjoyed their experimented meals.
- Activities: Limbering activities with ate Mars, Graborun, Save the School, Coca-Cola, All Stars, Kangkong, Circles, NCSHS Runway, Hidden Room, House of Hogwarts and First Room (Locate the following places). The seminars and talks were just add-ons but they helped a lot.
Other than these things I mentioned about the camp, I just disgust the rest. No offense but I REALLY disliked them. Gross. Ewww. WORST! (Evil laugh!) Period.
so random:)

There's only five days left, and it's goodbye.
You heard it right. Sad as is may seem but I have to leave for Manila this Friday to fulfill the third stage of my academic life - that thing we call "college".
Thinking about it right now feels weird. I'm still in this summer mood, and I could hardly fathom how I'll manage myself, or even study, in a dormitory. Alone. Without any help. Away from my friends & family. For short, Independence Day had come early for me.
This summer had been great, in fact, the best so far, and my special friends have it made unimaginably possible. Everyday, I look forward for their company, and it's the first time that I've ever felt this kind of feeling for as long as 16 years. All I could do was smile every time their faces pop into my head. I just simply LOVE them! They're my great escape.
As much as I wanted to narrate all my adventures, little ms. lazy fingers starts to take me over in an instant, and the next thing I knew, I was staring at this blank page for quite some time already. URGH! I hate it when it happens. I hate disappointing my readers. Moreover, I fail to record the most cherished moments of my life. Booo to me!
It's just a nice thing that my laziness hasn't struck me this day. I just hope it persists 'cause I have a lot in mind this moment.
I'm already excited. Just laugh with me. HAHA:))

Teka teka! Maiba ako! Anong petsa na nga ba ngayon?? At tingnan niyo kung kailan ako humintong magblog? An tagal na!
