Mission lala-LOVE: accomplished!
Monday, December 28, 2009 ||
11:37 PM
Cheers! Slytherin has proven that Naguenians not only has great minds but big hearts as well.
4D, otherwise known as the "LALA-LOVE MISSION", gave out donations in-kind to the unfortunate kids at the charity house of Gift of Love in Concepcion Pequena, Naga City. The sun's bright rays on that hot afternoon were overpowered by the children's enlightening smiles.
Though they (the kids) are declared abandoned, I know that they felt family for the short moment we're there. All together, we sang, danced, played, gave prices, and shared gifts.
I felt pity for them (being physically or mentally disabled) but they're still fortunate that Gift of Love is able to live up to their needs to survive. Someday, I know that those kids would grow up rich in love and blessed in life.
Job well done Slytherin! I hope there'll be more for us! I know that He is happy for what we've done!
More than the mission, the bonding was a greater bonus!
Until next time fourdhee!:)
You take a deep breath and you walk through the doors. Then somebody tells you he loves you. You're gonna believe him. It feels like there's nothing to figure out. This is life before you know who you're gonna be...at 15.
the CHRISTMAS treat

10:36 PM
Where: at home
When: December 24, 2009
Time: some minutes before 12 a.m.
What: The computer with a network connection really is a reliever in boredom city. Waiting for the clock to strike 12 is agony though there isn't anything special about this day anyway. It seemed like people in this house weren't that interested to celebrate. A few hours before Christmas, my siblings watched Avatar at SM, which means, I'm left alone that night. Now I could attest that food really is a good confidant.
Note: A very happy birthday to my good friends, Borj, Jerald, and Jess! May the good Lord bless you all!:)
Where: at home
When: December 25, 2009 (Happy Birthday dear Jesus Christ!)
What: Dancing is a good morning exercise! Most of the people at home are away to attend mass, and to go shopping afterwards. Me? Oh, I just bored myself all day. That's all!
Note: Once again, happy birthday to our Savior!
Where: church, father's place
When: December 26, 2009
What: It's my habit to attend mass during Saturdays just to avoid the crowd. I would like it calm and solemn. Then, I went to my father's place, lit candles for him (colored pink and blue by a friend's special request), and spend the afternoon talking about 'that unexplainable feeling' with my bestfriend.
Note: The conversation was a blast, not to mention the topic we had; it was just fun!
And just for a little inspiration...
it's great in-deed!

"Everything is backwards now, like out there is the true world and in here is the dream", said Jake Sully of James Cameron's 20-year masterpiece after Titanic - AVATAR!
The movie's setting was really unbelievable and though I had a hard time understanding the plot, those effects were A.W.E.S.O.M.E!
The best thing about movies is watching it for free, so to you out there thanks for the treat!:)
It's definite that I won't be able to move on after that day. It sure is unforgettable. Thanks!

What a TREK!Sharing happiness to some unfortunate kindergartens really brought out the essence of Christmas as to seeing those bright smiles from their innocent faces.
The place was Sta.Maria, Iriga City. Batch Nephythys gave out some treats to some kindergartens taught by Nanay Siony (our guardian). Just seeing those kids already gives you a hint that they're really not that blessed in life. That gave us the motivation to put smiles in their faces even in that day. We sang, danced, played games - we had so much fun! We gave out candies and fed them with 'Nephythys' special macaroni soup'.
I, Micah, Jenny, Marion, Grace, Joer, Avis, Jed, Giezyl, Shayne, Elainne, Licelle, Lyan, with ate Mars (Knightmare) & Sir Maskom became instant ates and kuyas on that special day.
I would never forget my TEAM CHAMPION! With Cherry Ann, Mylene, Lorence, Dondon, Johnlon, Grace, Anthony, and Angelo happily singing Moshi-Moshi, ABC, Twinkle Little Star, and dancing Boom Tarat, my day was already complete.
The journey going to Sta.Maria was a bonus on our trek, and to tell you, overloading was LEGAL in Iriga as long as there's still space inside or OUTSIDE the vehicle! - and nobody is exempted from the fare. (That's only based from what I've witnessed recently)
Just when I thought the day was about to end, my friends insisted to go hiking. For a not-so-adventurous type of person, my body somehow refused to keep moving. Add the tension and fear I felt, the mountains didn't become a very nice friend. Thank God I'm still alive!
6:30 p.m.'s our departure from Iriga after that bountiful feast & Bon-bon's informative entertainment at Nanay Siony's beautiful home. On our way to the bus terminal, I had my longest trip in a tricycle but on a cheap price.
That day was wonderful! I'm surely gonna miss Iriga's mountain tops; not for long 'cause the group is planning to return with more friends.
That night, my face directly caught all the rushing wind. That night I realized how badly he took rejection; and how great it was for me. That night I just kept on thinking that tomorrow's the day that the gods from the heavens descend to send out their judgment.
happy 36th & happy 3rd!

the party (four slytherin)
||
7:46 PM
It may be the last high school christmas party for me but those sweet memories will remain as long as my brain works. The day's December 18 of the memorable year 2009 and not only those daring outfits, the bountiful feast, overflowing gifts, and smiles & cries were all I could remember; the celebration was more than that.
I thought about surprising the crowd with my wardrobe but as I arrived 45 minutes late for the party, Jolibee suddenly stole the spotlight. Slytherin had a perfect attendance in their best wearables.
Stopdance?? - so last season! Rather, we played 'the game with no name'. Just check out the pictures to get a clearer description of it.
While waiting for our dear adviser, the awards were declared - unique awards exclusive for slytherin people - for those who stood out throughout the year. Well, it looks like everyone stood out with each of us wearing that pink sash indicating that special label. By the way, thanks for the award guys; I never expected it!*laughs*
Menu for the day:
spag, chicken (late), Greenwich pizza, BBQ by the ihaw boys, customized refrigerated cake, Aldrin's ensaymada courtesy of Clementine[hha!], buko salad, & iced tea. (Thank you Lord for the food on our plate on that special occasion!)
What's the party for without gifts? Yey to me! I got Bob Ong's green book from Shiela! Though the complete set's better, I'm fine with someone knowing my likes, so thanks for the effort Shie!
So everyone got their gifts, and plenty flicks were taken but everything's just about to start. When Ma'am Dhee started the drama, everyone followed. Joer got additional recognition being the drama king that night, with Ma'am Dhee as the queen. That called for a SUPER CLASS HUG!yeah!I love that part where I nearly lost my breath; but it's ok 'cause it's their warmth that's softly killing me.[corny!hha!]
We were (almost) the last class to end the party. Everyone's already relieved. The party was over; good thing I was there to clean up the crowd's leftovers. We may have cleaned up the mess that night but those special happenings and moments Slytherin have spent with each other throughout the year will never be erased.
As we leave the room and parted ways, somehow, our hearts stayed and will stay for as long as time permits...hopefully.
p.s. For more flicks, check out

I'm back...fortunately!
For my avid readers, I'm sorry I've kept you waiting. (Just a little busy with sorts of stuffs.)
Well, what things do you need to know? Let me just take them down.
- The Concert??postponed...which means...less load for the batch, less stress for me!
- Panggigisa ng mga Hurado - I've had my interview last Dec.3 for the Jaime Hernandez Scholarship at UNC, and to tell you it was nerve-wracking!Geee! I stinked out there! With all the strict policy for fluent English language, it's like I'm in coma due to severe hemorrhage. After that, I know I'm never gonna pass that interview ['cause I'm not gonna go there anyway.]
- Countdown to... - Weee! Christmas is nearing and the Intramurals is soon to happen! It's like the school's all wacky about it. But as usual, all classes are still formal until the declared free week. How strict!tsktsk.
- Confusion - Yes, after many ages, guess what....I'm still the same old me.(sighs)
- Bonds and Breaks - Many things happened since I've been away. Some of them were full of happiness and love, and some were worth forgetting (in fact, I've already forgotten all of them).
- Maldita - I've relived the modern day fashionista soul of Lavigna - not anymore the timid Princess Sarah. I have no idea why or how but I had a strong feeling that somehow, it's gonna lead me to the wrong path. For that matter, I'm watching every step I make. I don't wanna trip along the way. No time for shame.
- SING a SONG - my new title - ME: the SINGER (getting ready for the caroling competition for the intramurals) Whew! I gotta relax those vocal chords! Happily, the group was awarded 2nd. Good enough!
- Nephythys took center stage - Just last December 14, the Nephythys Stage was officially blessed by Fr. Gaite (our parish priest). The batch was so happy! Yey! After 14 years of existence, the school now has its own cemented establishment. The ceremony was attended by some popular Nagueños from the LGU such as VM Gabby Bordado, Mr. & Mrs. Nelson Legacion, and Naga City's next mayor, Atty. John Bongat. Wooh! The program suddenly became a campaign opportunity for them (naughty politicians!)
- SAWISAW 'o9 - What does it mean you say?Hmm..Why not grab a Bicolano dictionary to be sure. That's the title of our Intramurals this year, where the noble Guardians of the Phoenix stood up to the challenge that once again proved their abilities. Nephythys was hailed CHAMPION after that event! What a way to end our last hs intrams.
- LAST Christmas Party for HS - 4D's party still was fun but the tears suddenly jerked out of everyone's eyes when it almost came to an end. Blame it to Ma'am Dhee.*laughs* All came as a surprise. Everyone was curious why all suddenly cried. The drama was too good to be broken so we just joined the fun (the fun of crying). Anyways, it was a great year-end celebration - surely an unforgettable experience for all of us. [p.s. Thanks for all the gifts! And for those planning to give, my doors are still open:)]
How I wished I could meet Bob Ong personally and praise all his works. I'm getting curious about him. I love his philosophy - so simple, so natural, so near to reality!:]
